A message dated May 19, 1994, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 454(FIN)                                                
"An Act making a supplemental appropriation to the Department                 
of Law to pay costs of certain continuing legal proceedings; and
